1. ORDERING & PRICING
• Minimum Order: 200 units

• All prices are in USD
• Prices subject to change with 30-day written notice

2. PAYMENT
• Payment Method: ACH (Automated Clearing House)
• Payment Terms: Prepayment required before shipment
• Orders processed after payment confirmation
• Returned payment fee: $35.00

3. SHIPPING
• Orders typically ship within 14 business days after payment
• Shipping costs determined by order volume and destination
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to carrier
• Customer responsible for providing accurate shipping information

4. PRODUCT HANDLING & STORAGE
• Adhesives must be stored at room temperature (68-72°F)
• Keep products away from direct sunlight and heat
• Maintain products in original packaging
• Follow all safety instructions

5. PRODUCT QUALITY & RETURNS
• Inspect all products upon receipt
• Report damages/defects within 48 hours of delivery
• Returns accepted only for defective products
• Return Authorization (RA) required for all returns
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

6. RESALE REQUIREMENTS
• Valid resale certificate required
• Products must be sold in original packaging
• No repackaging or relabeling permitted
• Authorized for use in licensed salon facilities only

7. ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE
• Maintain current business/professional licenses
• Provide updated documentation upon request
• Brilliant Lash Pro reserves the right to terminate accounts
• 30-day notice for any changes to account terms

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• Brilliant Lash Pro retains all intellectual property rights
• Use of logos/branding requires written permission
• No modification of product descriptions permitted

9. CONFIDENTIALITY
• Pricing and terms are confidential
• Do not disclose wholesale prices to non-account holders

10. LIABILITY
• Products must be used by licensed professionals only
• Follow all product instructions and safety guidelines
• Brilliant Lash Pro not liable for improper product use

WARRANTY

1. Adhesive Product Specifications
• Shelf Life: One (1) year from date of manufacture
• Recommended Use Period:
  - Within 6 months of purchase
  - Within 4 weeks after opening bottle
• Storage Requirements:
  - Room temperature storage required
  - Keep out of direct sunlight
  - Keep container tightly sealed when not in use

2. Professional Use Requirements
• Products intended for licensed beauty professionals only
• Valid state-issued professional license required
• Professional liability insurance recommended
• Proof of licensing may be required for purchase

3. Warranty Coverage
Brilliant Lash Pro warrants products to be free from manufacturing defects when:
• Stored according to specifications
• Used within recommended periods
• Applied by licensed professionals
• Used according to instructions

4. Warranty Exclusions
Warranty void if product is:
• Stored improperly
• Used beyond recommended periods
• Used by unlicensed individuals
• Modified or tampered with
• Used contrary to instructions

5. Claims Process
• Report defects within 48 hours of discovery
• Provide proof of purchase
• Return authorization required
• Replacement limited to defective product only

6. Limitation of Liability
• Remedy limited to product replacement
• No liability for improper use or application
• No coverage for consequential damages
