SHIPPING POLICY

Brilliant Lash Pro processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays. 

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Please check your email for shipping notifications. 

After your package has left our facility with the respective carrier we are not responsible for any delays on delivery.

(Private Label orders take 5-10 additional business days to order custom packaging for your brand.)

 
U.S. SHIPPING

All shipping calculated at checkout

First Class Package:  1-5 Business Days. Packages up to 13 oz. 

Priority Mail:  1-3 Business Days. Packages over 1 lb. 

UPS Next Day Air:  arrives around 10:30 a.m. to 12-noon next day. (Must be placed before 12:00 PM PST M-F in order to be shipped the same day)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard Canada Shipping: $15 Can take 15 or more days to arrive

Canada Priority Shipping: $40 Can take 10 days to arrive

Canada Express Shipping: $50 Takes about 5 days to arrive

International Shipping: $30-$40 Varies depending on shipping address

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

Brilliant Lash Pro is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot by marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
