Shipping Policy

Brilliant Lash Pro processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. (Please note that wholesale products may take additional business days to be processed.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

If you order a pre-sale and an in-stock product your order will arrive in two separate packages.

Please check your email for shipping notifications.

Lost Orders

Brilliant Lash Pro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please track your package and try to be as available as possible when your order is supposed to arrive. 

Once you have received your shipping confirmation, USPS or your shipping provider will have the most current information regarding your package. 

We offer shipping methods with package insurance through USPS and UPS, we recommend picking one of these options if you will not be home at the time of delivery.

International Orders

We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility.

Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

Adhesives

Q: What is the ideal temperature range of the Onyx Adhesives?

A: The performance our Onyx Adhesive is solely based on their ideal humidity range and temperature is not a factor.
