Yes. Your Brilliant Electric Lash Bed arrives fully assembled and securely packaged inside a protective wooden shipping crate.

Your bed is delivered via exterior freight delivery. Once the shipment is unloaded, the customer is responsible for unpacking the crate and moving the bed into the desired location. Because the shipment is large and heavy, we recommend arranging adequate assistance and any necessary equipment in advance. Locations with limited truck access may require unloading at the nearest accessible delivery point.

Yes. Your bed includes a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If a covered part requires replacement during the warranty period, the manufacturer will provide and ship the replacement part at no additional charge.
